Vernyoga is run by Vernette, an experienced multi-disciplined health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience. Based in Surrey, the studio offers health-screened, adaptive classes including Hatha Flow, Yogalates, Chair Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates/Barre, Zumba, Kids Yoga and Corporate Yoga — both in-person and live online.
Additional services include 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy, Pilates and Personal Training, specialist workshops on breathwork and menopause, UK weekend retreats, and a wide range of therapies such as massage, Reiki, EFT, ear candling and counselling.
