Yoga Junction is run by Tara and Nigel, offering online yoga classes and weekend yoga retreats at Ashley Court — a Regency manor house set in 19 acres of wooded Devon countryside near Tiverton. Tara is a Senior Yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience, an Advanced Certified Rolfer, and author of several best-selling yoga books.
Online classes range from short morning energisers to in-depth Sunday workshops exploring yoga, anatomy and movement. Retreats at Ashley Court blend yoga with a Rolfing perspective in a beautifully restored historic setting.
