Yoga Life Studio is an award-winning boutique yoga studio tucked inside The Stables in the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne.

Led by Eva Kristlova and a team of registered teachers, the studio offers a wide variety of classes throughout the day to suit all levels and lifestyles — from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga to Aerial/Trapeze Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Qigong, Pilates and meditation.

Unique workshops, courses and yoga holidays are also available, alongside an on-demand online membership platform with over 200 pre-recorded classes. The friendly, calm environment focuses on removing stress and restoring balance in body, mind and spirit.
