Founded in 2012, Yoga Lounge is the South Coast's original and biggest dedicated yoga studio, covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and surrounding areas.
Offering a wide range of yoga styles, pilates and meditation across three unique in-studio practice spaces — Hot, Cool and Warm — as well as Livestream and On Demand options, the studio welcomes all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
