Yoga Mcr has been Manchester's premier yoga studio for over 25 years, offering yoga for everyone. Events are held at the beautiful Space at the Mill studio in the Castlefield area of City Centre Manchester, and upcoming offerings include Yin & Gong Baths, Rocket Yoga sessions, 9D Breathwork Journeys, and international retreats in Portugal.
