Vernyoga is a health and wellness studio in Surrey run by Vernette, an experienced multi-disciplined coach with over 20 years of experience. The studio offers a wide range of in-person and online classes including Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Yogalates, Chair Yoga, Pilates/Barre, Zumba, Kids Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga.
Specialist services include 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Personal Training, Pregnancy & Baby Yoga, Menopause Coaching, Facial Yoga, and support for Long Covid, CFS and Fibromyalgia. A full range of complementary therapies is also available, including massage, Reiki, EFT, ear candling, and counselling.
Classes are health-screened for student safety and run for 60, 75, or 90 minutes.
