Yoga Practice for Everyday Living - The Barn at Westdene

Sabine Dahn offers yoga classes rooted in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, welcoming students of all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to long-term practitioners, including those managing physical illness, mental health challenges, or cancer.

Weekly group classes are held at Westdene Barn in Brighton, with sessions focused on postures, breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation. Individual tuition is also available. The guiding principle is 'ahimsa' (non-violence): every practice is safe, adapted to each person's needs, and taken at the student's own pace.
