Yoga Sanctuary is a welcoming boutique yoga studio located on the first floor of 4 Greenfield Crescent in the heart of Edgbaston Village, Birmingham.

Founded by senior teacher Craig Hayes — who has practised since 2001 and trained under Sharon Gannon, David Life and Bikram Choudhury — the studio offers a variety of classes for all levels, including Hot Yoga Basics, Hot Yoga Fusion, Jivamukti and Restorative Yoga. Classes are held in infrared-heated rooms and taught by a collective of experienced teachers.

The studio aims to create an inclusive space that reconnects students with their bodies, themselves and the world around them through the ancient practices and philosophies of yoga.
