Yoga Teaching Academy is an accredited yoga teacher training facility based in Newmarket, offering a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course, Yin Yoga weekend courses, and teacher mentoring. Led by Paula Ahlberg — an 800-hour Senior Yoga Teacher and director of Wellbeing Warehouse — the academy keeps its courses intentionally small to ensure individual attention.
The intensive, face-to-face 200-hour programme runs over three long weekends and covers Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and practical teaching. The team includes experienced teachers with training lineages spanning David Swenson, Shiva Rea, and Sarah Powers.
