Yoga Union, founded by Sarah Bainbridge, is a yoga and wellness practice offering a warm, inclusive space to connect body, mind and spirit. Services range from weekly online and in-person classes to immersive retreats, private 1-2-1 wellness support, a bespoke 6 Weeks of Wellbeing programme, yoga courses, beach yoga, kids & family yoga, and corporate wellness packages.
Monthly mini retreats (3.5 hours) and longer day and weekend retreats combine yoga, meditation, sound baths, aromatherapy masterclasses, wholesome food and creative experiences. The studio also delivers yoga sessions in schools and tailored wellness events.
