Yoga with Elibeth is a boutique yoga offering led by Elibeth Oddy, a passionate instructor with over twenty years of experience, trained in Venezuela, India and the UK. She specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow — a breath-led, dynamic style that keeps you grounded in the present moment.

Regular all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes run at Slades Park Pavilion on Fridays and Sundays, while special Yoga & Lunch and Yoga & Supper workshops take place at Bad Hand Studio on Norwich Road. Chair yoga is also available.

The atmosphere is inclusive, warm and community-focused, welcoming complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, with options always offered to suit every body.
