Maitri Ayurveda & Yoga is a holistic wellness practice led by Maitri Gold, an international Kundalini yoga teacher, Ayurvedic nutritionist and Vedic coach based in Crouch End, London.

The studio offers in-person Kundalini yoga classes and gong sessions in Crouch End and Park Road, as well as online courses, 8-day Ayurvedic seasonal cleanses, Reiki, metamorphic touch, and sound healing.
