Yoga with Nataliya Gaia

Yoga with Nataliya is the teaching practice of Nataliya, a Forrest Yoga Guardian-in-Training and certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Experienced Teacher recognition.

Drawing on her background as an elite orienteer and a Master's degree in Sport and Physical Education, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy, embodied sequencing, and hands-on assisting to every class.

Nataliya teaches regular public classes — including Hot Pod Flow, Forrest Yoga, and Hot Forrest Yoga — at studios across London, and also leads workshops, contributes to 200- and 300-hour Teacher Training programmes, and offers Continuing Education Courses for yoga teachers covering anatomy, sequencing, and hands-on assists.

Her teaching prioritises a safe, inclusive environment that fosters curiosity, self-awareness, and a lifelong love of practice.
