Yoga4men is a yoga community dedicated to men, founded and led by Rad Kaim (Anand Sangat), a certified Senior Hatha Yoga teacher and KRI-certified Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher.

The studio offers online classes, residential retreats, mentorship, and a growing Vimeo video library, covering styles from vinyasa flows and strength-based practices to restorative yoga and Kundalini. Rad's teaching draws on Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Kundalini traditions, with a mission to inspire and empower men on their personal journey.

A 200-hour teacher training course recognised by Yoga Alliance USA & UK/Europe is also available.
