Yoga Doxford is a community-focused yoga studio in Sunderland, founded in 2019 by British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance qualified teacher Adele Plummer. Specialising in Hatha yoga with an emphasis on posture and alignment, classes welcome all abilities, ages and genders.
Sessions are held at Doxford Park Community Centre and are also available via Zoom, with additional offerings including Yogikids children's yoga, men's yoga, sound baths, and private 1-2-1 sessions.
