London has over 350 verified yoga studios. These are the standouts — from hot yoga in Balham to community-run spaces in Clapton — chosen on ratings, reviews and intro offers.

Yoga styles explained — which one is right for you?

Vinyasa, hatha, yin, ashtanga, rocket, Iyengar, hot. Every label on a UK timetable is a promise about pace, heat and props — here is what each one actually means, and the studios doing them properly.
