YogaVeda Living is a Blackrock yoga studio and Ayurvedic clinic by the sea in Dublin, open since 2002 and led by Paula Herbert and David Collins, who bring over 50 years of combined teaching experience. Their YogaVeda Method™ blends postures, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation with practice-supportive diet and lifestyle advice.

Classes run in small groups with personal guidance and suit everyone from beginners to yoga teachers, in the studio and online. Therapeutic modifications are available for pain or injury.

Alongside classes, the studio offers Ayurvedic consultations, detox programs and therapies, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, private classes, courses such as the Regenerate biological age reversal course, yoga retreats, teacher training and corporate wellness programs. The studio is found three doors up Idrone Lane, off Bath Place.
