YOU Sauna Hitchin is a neighbourhood sauna and cold plunge space in Hitchin, designed for recovery, relaxation and genuine downtime. Drop-in sessions are capped at 8–10 people so the space never feels crowded, letting you move freely between the traditional sauna, cold plunge, hot/cold showers and a cosy lounge at your own pace.

Choose a 45-minute YOU Reset to refresh and energise, or a 90-minute YOU Restore for a deeper, slower wind-down. Beyond hot and cold therapy, the studio offers yoga, breathwork, sound baths and other restorative wellness classes, as well as memberships and private hire for solo escapes, date nights, celebrations or team sessions.
