Yupa Yoga Studio is a yoga and wellness studio founded in 2020, housed in a beautiful old corn mill in the heart of Wollaston, Stourbridge. The studio offers a wide variety of classes — including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Slow Flow, Strong Hatha, Pilates, and more — suitable for all levels and ages from 16+.
Classes are taught by a passionate team of experienced instructors, with morning and evening sessions available throughout the week. The studio also offers workshops, 1-2-1 sessions, small group bookings, and occasional retreats, all within a warm, inclusive, and character-filled space designed to help students connect body and mind through movement and mindfulness.
