Zalva is a boutique wellbeing studio in Maidenhead dedicated to one-to-one training and small group classes. Founded by international sports people Helen and Stewart, the studio offers yoga, Pilates, massage, personal training, strength & conditioning, and Olympic weightlifting, alongside integrated therapy combining EFT, Person-Centred Counselling and Bach Flower Remedies.
All group classes are capped at six participants for a personal experience, and an on-demand platform extends access to workouts anytime, anywhere.
