Zenith Fitness Training is a welcoming, non-intimidating fitness studio in Perth (and Dundee), designed specifically for overwhelmed beginners who want to build strength and confidence.

With no mirrors on the gym floor, a strong sense of community ('The Pack'), and a motto of 'putting the fun back into fitness', ZFT offers small group PT, group classes, outdoor sessions, 1-to-1 training, and specialist programmes including Post Natal and Lift Club.

Sessions run across the week in a variety of formats (1:6, 1:12, 1:24), supported by coaches who guide members every step of the way. Members also enjoy access to an online members zone, social events, and The Den — a members-only lounge.
