Zest Fitness is a boutique fitness studio based in Leighton Buzzard, run by qualified instructor Debra Goss. The studio offers small-group Pilates matwork classes at multiple venues in and around Leighton Buzzard as well as online via Zoom. Classes cater to all levels, from beginners to mixed ability, and are limited to 12 participants for a personal experience.
Debra is a Level 3 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor, and Level 3 Advanced Instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals.
