Wendy Freear is a certified Zumba instructor based in Chadderton, Oldham, teaching fun and inclusive Zumba classes for all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Classes are held at the Over 60's Centre and run in the dark with disco lights — making them perfect for the self-conscious.
