Zumba with Jo is a welcoming dance fitness community run by Jo Gibson, offering Zumba, Zumba Gold, BollyX and the trademarked Lift & Laugh® functional fitness classes across multiple Sussex locations including Brighton (Patcham), Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Henfield, Burgess Hill and Hurstpierpoint.
Jo is an NHS GP Exercise Referral Instructor and specialist in exercise for older adults, with a particular passion for helping women over 50 stay active, strong and confident. Classes are beginner-friendly, non-intimidating and built around community, fun and healthy ageing. Online classes and on-demand video content are also available.
