Fitness Studio in Torpoint

Torpoint sits on the Rame Peninsula on the Cornish side of the Tamar, a short Torpoint Ferry crossing from Plymouth. It is a compact town, and its training options reflect that: three fitness studios, all based within Torpoint itself rather than spread across neighbouring villages. Guard-Up Boxing and Torpoint fitness and strength gym both hold a 5.3 rating, while W.I.S.E. Gym follows closely on 4.8. Together they cover boxing-led sessions and strength-focused training, which gives residents a choice without needing to leave town. Because there is no real clustering by neighbourhood, location matters less here than in a larger city; the differences lie in training style, class format and atmosphere. This page sets out each of the three studios with its rating and location, so you can compare them before getting in touch.
