Acid Training Bromma

Acid Training in Bromma is a high-intensity training studio that combines cardio and strength in structured group classes of 54 minutes. The offering centres on the in-house developed Acid Training concept, where each session blends functional training with HIIT-based elements. In addition to the regular classes, a four-week Bootcamp Challenge, an Acid Halvmarathon programme, and the option to book a massage are also available.

Each participant receives a heart rate monitor at the start of the class and can follow their heart rate live across five heart rate zones throughout the session — a setup based on the EPOC principle, whereby the oxygen debt after the class continues to drive calorie burn. Coach-led classes and a clear heart rate-based system provide the structure, though the format is flexible enough to work regardless of your current fitness level.
