Activage Finntorp

Activage Finntorp is a fitness centre in Finntorp, Nacka, catering exclusively to seniors. The operation is built around personally led circuit sessions in small groups, where specially trained instructors guide participants through exercises focused on strength, balance and mobility. The training is adapted to suit the older body and takes place in a safe, supportive environment.

In addition to the fitness offering, the centre provides a social dimension with a lounge, coffee and tea, as well as regular member activities such as boules, book circles and restaurant visits. Water massage is also available as part of the membership. Activage is a franchise chain with several facilities in the Stockholm area.

New visitors are welcome to a free trial class where they first meet an instructor in a small group to familiarise themselves with the equipment and the format. After that, an introductory membership of eight weeks is offered, giving an honest picture of what a full membership entails. The centre is located at Gamla Värmdövägen 9 in Finntorp.
