Altromondo

Altromondo Yoga is a yoga studio located in Lidingö, at Kyrkvägen 4. The studio name – which in Italian means 'another world' – reflects the ambition to offer a space for deeper practice and presence, set apart from the pace of everyday life. The offering covers a broad range of yoga styles and complementary services, from regular group classes and courses to personal yoga coaching, workshops and retreats.
