Ashtangayoga.nu is a small, specialised yoga studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, located at Odengatan 36. The studio focuses exclusively on traditional ashtanga vinyasa yoga and holds classes every day except Saturdays.

The main format is Mysore Selfpractice, where the practitioner moves through the series at their own pace while the teacher circulates and provides individual adjustments. In addition to Mysore classes, led classes and beginner courses are also offered. The atmosphere is personal and classes are kept small, allowing for close contact between instructor and student. Charlotte Lindström runs the studio and teaches, and booking is done directly by email — a deliberate choice that reflects the traditional and non-commercial approach.
