Athletic Medicine Naprapat Södermalm

Athletic Medicine on Södermalm in Stockholm combines naprapathy, personal training and movement testing under one roof. The practice is run by Björn Hermansson, a licensed naprapath with a master's degree in Naprapathy and Health, and the services cover everything from treatment of acute sports injuries and long-term complaints to individually tailored personal training and full-body screening with naprapathic tests.

The format is exclusively one-to-one – no group classes – and all sessions are fully instructor-led. Björn works with biomechanical analysis, specific diagnostics and rehabilitation, but also offers prehab for those who want to prevent injuries before they occur. Screenings can be carried out both on-site at Hornsgatan and online via video.
