Atmajyoti Yoga

Atmajyoti Yoga is a mobile and digital yoga operation with roots in Vasastan, Stockholm, now active across Sweden and online. The offering covers a broad spectrum of yoga styles and related disciplines: ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and mediyoga, as well as pranayama, meditation and mindfulness. In addition, structured formats are available such as Pranayama Foundation, the one-year Pranayama Deepening Training, private lessons, meditation consultations and regular retreats — including to Österlen, Barcelona and Cyprus.

The operation has run without fixed studio premises since spring 2023 and instead follows a flexible model with workshops, courses and its own online platform for digital classes. The instructors have extensive experience and the yoga teacher training programme is considered one of the more established in the country. Teaching takes place in both Swedish and English.

Suitable for those who wish to deepen their yoga practice beyond the purely physical — particularly if pranayama, meditation or yoga therapy appeal — or for those seeking a teacher training with a solid grounding in classical yoga.
