AYNI

AYNI is a holistic centre located in Ingarö outside Stockholm, where the practice combines several disciplines under one roof. The centre offers health consultations from a functional medicine perspective, body treatments, medical yoga and shamanic healing. In addition to individual treatments, AYNI operates as an educational centre with courses and longer programmes in areas including herbal medicine, aromatherapy and shamanic healing methods.

The philosophy is built on the view that the origin of a symptom can be found on several levels simultaneously — physical, psychological or energetic — and that all of these dimensions need to be addressed for healing to take place. Among the more unique offerings is the detox programme Grow a New Body, which is carried out either online or in the jungle setting of Costa Rica.

Booking is done via Boka Direkt, and yoga can be taken as a subscription or booked as tailored individual sessions. The centre is aimed at people seeking integrative and alternative methods as a complement to conventional healthcare.
