Balance4You

Balance4You is a fitness and wellness centre located in Enhagen in Täby, with a focus on helping members develop both strength and mobility. The studio offers a wide range of exercise formats in which pilates forms the core, complemented by Soma Move, yoga, as well as the option of personal training and training in smaller groups.

In addition to the fitness activities, massage treatments and body therapy treatments are also available, making it possible to combine physical training with recovery under the same roof. The instructors work with an individually tailored approach in which each member's starting point and goals are taken into account, whether they choose group classes or individual sessions.
