Bodily

Bodily is a digital health platform based in Stockholm that offers structured nutrition and exercise programmes for people who want to build sustainable habits. The programmes are designed to work whether you train at home, outdoors or at a gym, and are delivered via a dedicated app through which participants also have access to coaching and an active community.

The platform has two main tracks: Bodily Change is aimed at those seeking a more comprehensive lifestyle change over ten weeks, with a focus on healthy weight loss and new structure. Bodily Routine is instead aimed at those who want to integrate exercise and better eating habits into an already existing daily life, with programmes of five to ten weeks and a choice of training format.

In addition to the group programmes, there is an individual personal training arrangement for those who would like more tailored support. The programme offering includes, among other things, strength training with weights and kettlebells, running, mobility and combination training. The nutrition plans include recipes and concrete guidelines. New programme rounds start four times a year.
