Brahma Yoga & Massage

Brahmayoga in Nacka combines a broad range of yoga offerings with massage treatments under one roof. The timetable includes classes such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Yin & Nidra, Yin & Sound Healing, Yin & Chakra Balance, HIIT Yoga, Hatha & Sound Healing, Yoga för nacke/axlar/rygg, Pilates and Barre – something for most levels and preferences.
