Carinosyoga

CarinosYoga is a small, personal yoga business founded and led by Cristina Adams, a registered nurse with specialist training in surgical care. The business offers a wide range of yoga styles and combines traditional yoga instruction with elements from Ayurveda. Cristina has completed several teacher training programmes at, among others, Axelssons Institut and Yoga for Life, and has deepened her knowledge through regular trips to Kerala in India.

The course offering includes Medical Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Classes are taught at a calm, individually adapted pace with a focus on strengthening muscles, loosening joints and supporting the nervous system. Medical Yoga is held during the autumn term on Mondays at Fusion by M's studio at Tomtebogatan 30 near Sankt Eriksplan in Stockholm.

In addition to regular courses, CarinosYoga arranges regular yoga walks in nature, primarily at Hellasgården. The walks combine mindfulness, gentle yoga exercises and the opportunity for cold-water swimming, and are open to all levels including beginners.
