CrossFit Bromma

CrossFit Bromma is located in the Norra Ulvsunda industrial area in Bromma and offers training for all levels every day of the week. The offering includes CrossFit group training, personal training (PT sessions) and nutritional guidance, as well as Open Gym with access from 06:00–22:00 daily.

Classes are led by certified coaches and cater to groups of varying sizes, with a focus on community and coached training rather than independent training. The method combines strength, conditioning and gymnastics and is adapted individually regardless of experience level.

In addition to regular memberships, corporate training is also available, with tailored arrangements for team-building and wellness. Suitable for those who want structured, varied training with clear coaching and a social setting – whether you have never done CrossFit before or already have a solid foundation.
