CrossFit Kinetics

CrossFit Kinetics is located at Liljeholmskajen in Stockholm and offers coached CrossFit and functional training for all levels. The offering covers led group classes, personal training (PT) and PT Small Group – a middle-ground option where you train in a small group with individual adjustments. There is also children's training for younger participants.

The atmosphere is distinctly community-driven, with a focus on supporting one another through the sessions. Group sizes are kept manageable and every class is led by experienced coaches. The studio also works with sports clubs – including Brynäs IF's junior teams – which points to a level of coaching expertise that goes beyond the recreational fitness segment.

A good fit if you want to build strength and sustainable training habits despite a full schedule of work and family commitments, and if you do better with a familiar face and a fixed timetable rather than a conventional gym.
