Danscenter Fryshuset is a dance centre in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm, offering a wide range of dance courses for children, young people and adults. The centre provides courses in several styles and genres at varying levels, and for those wishing to pursue a professional path there is also a full-time vocational training programme, described as the broadest of its kind in the country within dance.

As part of Fryshuset's wider organisation, the centre is based in its own dance studios on Mårtensdalsgatan and is led by a dedicated team of teachers. Office hours are weekdays 10:00–16:00.
