Dansverket

Dansverket in Sjödalen, Huddinge is a dance school with a wide range of courses for children, young people and adults. The school offers Barndans, Barnjazz, Barnstreet, Barnbalett, Klassisk Balett, Jazz/showdans, Streetdance, Musikaldans, Modern dans, Flow med bebis and Shake the Dust – as well as adult courses, dance for seniors and Dans och hälsa. In addition to term courses, there are holiday courses and dance camps, day courses and a web shop.

Dansverket also runs structured Danslinjer – from a preparatory level and a four-year programme to advanced programmes and Kompaniet – for those who want to pursue dance more seriously. Teaching is instructor-led in groups, and the school regularly organises performances and open house weeks, giving the operation a strong sense of community.
