energii - Östermalm

Energii Östermalm is a reformer pilates studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, offering instructor-led group classes and personal training on reformer machines. The training offering includes Signature Reformer by Energii and Classic Reformer Pilates – both focused on full-body training that combines strength, core stability and flexibility.

In addition to group classes, individual personal training is available, as well as corporate training where private group sessions can be booked for teams. The classes are led by certified instructors who provide ongoing corrections and guidance, and music is a deliberate part of the flow of each session.

The studio was founded by Gitte Salling in Copenhagen in 2011 and has since expanded to Sweden – the concept is designed to work for all levels, including beginners and people recovering from injuries.

Suitable for those who want low-impact but effective strength training, or who are looking for an alternative to the gym with clear instructor presence and a welcoming atmosphere.
