Fru Fysio

Fru Fysio is a privately run clinic in Ekerö, located in Rosells gym's premises near Ekerö Centrum at Roddargränd 3. The practice is run by Nina Collarp, a licensed physiotherapist with a degree from Karolinska Institutet and a licensed personal trainer through Eleiko Education. The clinic is not affiliated with the county council, which means that exemption cards do not apply.

Fru Fysio caters particularly to women at different stages of life – from pregnancy and postnatal care to menopause. The range of treatments includes physiotherapy with a focus on the pelvic floor, dry needling, acupuncture, massage and trigger point treatment. In addition, personal training is offered along with exercise groups focusing on post-pregnancy abdominal recovery and postnatal rehabilitation.

Nina has a broad educational background with ongoing continuing professional development in areas including pelvic floor dysfunction, birth injuries, menopause medicine and shoulder rehabilitation. The philosophy is built on the belief that every woman deserves to live without pain and limitations, and that the individual's wellbeing is always placed at the centre.
