Fryshuset Mårtensdalsgatan

Fryshuset's martial arts centre is part of the larger organisation Fryshuset and offers Thai boxing for children and young people across various age groups. The activities are aimed at young people aged 7–15 and are divided into groups based on age and experience level – beginners as well as those who have already started training.

Classes are run on a term basis, starting in January and during the corresponding autumn term period. Training takes place on Tuesdays and is scheduled in three blocks during the afternoon and evening. The price per term is 690 kronor in addition to a separate membership fee, making it an affordable option for families who want to give their children an introduction to martial arts.

Fryshuset as an organisation has a long history of working with young people and combines sporting activities with social engagement. The martial arts centre is rooted in the overarching idea that sport should be accessible to all young people, regardless of background. Expressions of interest for the training groups are submitted via SportAdmin and places fill up quickly, meaning a waiting list may apply.
