FSA WORKOUTS STUDIO

FSA Workouts is a fitness concept in Vasastan, Stockholm, with two facilities: FSA HQ at Lokstallsgatan 7 and FSA Studio at Västmannagatan 52. The abbreviation FSA stands for Fighting, Strong, Athletes, and the business was founded with the ambition of making combat sports-based training accessible to a broad audience, with no requirement for competitive aspirations.

The studio offers a wide range of group classes including muay thai, pilates, barre, fight conditioning, strength training and red light therapy. In addition to group classes, personal training is available with a focus on Thai boxing, strength, fitness and nutrition planning, as well as a distance-based coaching programme called The Protocol. Bookings are handled via the booking platform Gymcontrol, and you can choose between credits, a class pass or a monthly membership in either a basic or premium variant.

FSA Workouts also offers recovery treatments such as massage, cryotherapy and compression therapy, making it a comprehensive concept for training and recovery. The facilities work with a number of well-known companies in the area of corporate fitness and cater for groups both on-site and at the client's premises. Opening hours at FSA HQ are weekdays 08–20, Saturdays 10–16 and Sundays 10–18.
