GoodnessMe is a wellness business in Traneberg, Bromma, run by Cecilia von Schedvin, a qualified Reiki Master in traditional Usui Reiki with a focus on Usui/Tibetan Reiki. The business is aimed at those who wish to reduce stress, recover and find inner calm through evidence-based and energy medicine methods.

The services include individual coaching focused on stress management and high sensitivity (HSP), Reiki healing offered both in person and remotely, as well as meditation and Qigong. Coaching takes place both as one-to-one sessions and in the form of group workshops on various themes related to wellbeing. Reiki sessions are available in 30 or 60 minutes, and combination packages with Reiki and coaching are available.

Cecilia also organises a recurring discussion forum called Campfire för Kvinnor, where participants gather in a safe environment to explore their strengths and dreams through reflection and conversation. Booking is done by email, and a free 20-minute introductory call is included when booking a combination package. Cecilia is a member of Reikiförbundet and adheres to the organisation's ethical guidelines.
