Graham Theory

Graham Theory is a calm, grounded studio in Fredhäll on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, specialising in massage, manual therapy and integrative treatments.

The offering covers a broad range of sessions: Deep/Sport Massage (50 min) for recovery and performance, Gentle Massage (60 min) for relaxation and circulation, Holistic (80 min) combining full-body treatment with stress reduction, Advanced (100 min) with deeper body therapy and individually tailored movement work, and Prime (120 min) for more structural change.

In addition, Yoga Therapy is offered in individual packages – Hatha for strength and mobility and Nidra for deep rest – along with a skin-nourishing Skin Care Massage (30 min) using coconut oil. The atmosphere is described as a dojo: a supportive and nurturing space with individually adapted treatment rather than group classes.

Each session is tailored to the visitor's needs, with a focus on reducing tension, improving mobility and calming the nervous system.
