Hagastrand SPA

Hagastrand Spa is situated on the shore of Brunnsviken in the Royal Hagaparken in Solna, housed in a hotel designed by Wingårdhs arkitektkontor. The spa offers a broad range of wellness experiences combining Nordic traditions with contemporary approaches to recovery and mindfulness.

The facility is divided into several zones. In the thermal area, guests move between a hammam, herbal sauna and Nordic sauna, followed by a snow room for cold treatment. Beyond this there is an 18-metre pool area with underwater music, neuro-acoustic massage beds with red light therapy, and a self-playing gong installed for meditative vibration experiences. The event sauna accommodates up to 60 people for guided sauna ceremonies incorporating sound, light and scent.

Day spa tickets can be booked for visits without an overnight stay. The spa lounge serves food and drink with influences from sauna cultures around the world. Hand-picked therapists offer body and mind treatments, and the facility also holds movement classes. The minimum age for entry is 16. Hagastrand is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.
