Hale is a breathwork centre located in Norrmalm, Stockholm, founded in 2019 by Johnny Oduya – a former NHL player and two-time Stanley Cup winner. The business combines breathing science with practical methods to support stress management, recovery and mental clarity in everyday life.

The studio offers a wide range of classes and courses in breathwork, aimed at both individuals and organisations. In addition to in-person sessions in Stockholm's Garnisonen district, there is a dedicated app with daily breathing exercises tailored for calm, energy, focus and recovery. Hale also offers certification training for prospective breath coaches, as well as licensing for other studios and wellness operators who wish to integrate their methodology.

Behind the business is a team of experienced breath guides, coaches and scientific advisers with backgrounds in sports science, health and education. The goal is to make evidence-based breathing training accessible globally, for private individuals as well as companies and professionals in the wellness field.

Form + Recovery

SEK 395 · 1 credit
Purpose Form + Recovery is a strength based mat Pilates class where breathing guides the movement. Instead of adding breath as an afterthought, the breath sets the rhythm, pressure and control of each exercise. In the first half of the session we work with precise mat Pilates exercises designed to build strength, coordination, and postural stability. The breathing pattern helps create intra abdominal pressure, improve control through the trunk, and connect the movement through the whole body. The second half shifts into recovery. After the physical work we transition into guided breathing designed to release tension, restore breathing rhythm and bring the nervous system back into balance. The session connects effort and recovery in one continuous experience. You build strength with controlled breathing, then allow the breath to guide the body back to a calm state. Structure 30 minutes strength based mat Pilates guided by breath 30 minutes guided breathing recovery Who it’s for Open to all levels. Suitable for anyone who wants to improve strength, movement quality, and breathing control. Duration 60 minutes Intensity Moderate activation followed by deep recovery.Show more
