Hitness in Danderyd is a smaller gym and training centre located at Vendevägen 90 in central Danderyd. The facility offers a wide range of training options under one roof, with access to a weights room, a cardio room and a varied group fitness schedule.

The training offering covers everything from strength- and cardio-based group classes to more specialised programmes such as postnatal training, children's training and yoga.
