The offering consists of various forms of massage as well as mindfulness exercises and meditation. Sessions are individual and tailored to each person's needs – there are no group classes, but rather a more personal format.

Suited to those looking for a calm, individual treatment rather than studio classes – and who may wish to combine body care with practical support around lifestyle or health challenges such as PCOS.
